SHIFT is my signature 6-week coaching experience that helps Christian women in midlife shed the mental and physical weight holding them back — so they can live with confidence, purpose, and peace.

It’s not another quick fix or “try harder” plan.
It’s a reset for your mind, body, and heart — built on biblical truth and practical coaching tools that actually work.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Align your thoughts with truth instead of guilt or fear
     

  • Choose sustainable health rhythms that honor your body
     

  • Hear your own desires again — and trust them
     

  • Build daily habits that create peace instead of pressure
