Action is not just about productivity.

Every time you take an action, you create evidence. That evidence influences what you believe about yourself.

Over time, those beliefs become the identity you live from.

Identity is not fixed. Identity is practiced.

Habits Reflect Belief

Habits are more than behaviors.

They are the physical expression of what you believe about yourself.

If you believe you cannot follow through, your habits will reflect that belief.

If you believe you are becoming someone who keeps her word, your habits will begin to align with that identity.

The Power of Repeated Action
